Participation Request Form
Please submit your outreach request at least 14 days in advance. All requests will be considered on a first come, first serve basis.
Our mission at the City is to educate all residents on the efforts we are putting forward as an organization. As a result, we are only able to provide materials when we are at the event so we can ensure the City’s complete message of environmental stewardship and sustainability is represented. Also, we are able to answer questions and further promote our environmental mission.
We will bring age appropriate materials for the audience indicated.
While we do our best to accommodate every request, personnel and resources are limited. We will strive to meet your needs but we process requests on a first-come, first-served basis. Please allow 14 days advanced notice because we may not be available on short notice. Not all topics are available to all age groups.
